Work modality: On-site in Nairobi

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT


About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the sourcing,

screening, and hiring of candidates across various departments within the

organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about

talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Skills:

  • Recruitment Experience (Mandatory): A strong background in recruitment is required.

  • Previous Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams, with an ambitious profile and a strong, assertive character.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing materials, and managing candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
