SALES MANAGER – FMCG
Description
Plumbee is a Kenyan manufacturer of nutritious, fortified foods for children from 6 months to school-going age. We are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we're looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to help build our commercial presence across Kenya.
We're looking for more than someone who manages sales. We want someone who creates opportunities, opens markets, builds distribution networks and delivers results.
The ideal candidate brings:
- At least 7 years of progressive FMCG sales experience.
- A proven track record in revenue growth and market development.
- Strong commercial judgement and hands-on execution.
- A bachelor's degree (mandatory); a master's degree is an advantage.
- The ambition and leadership ability to build a high-performing sales function.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Field-Based)
Remuneration: KES 100,000-150,000 gross basic salary plus substantial performance incentives, with potential total monthly earnings of KES 300,000–500,000.
