Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
Research and target potential clients across industries needing IT, cybersecurity, networking, and surveillance solutions.
Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Conduct follow-ups and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
3. Product & Service Promotion
Present and demonstrate company solutions effectively.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Provide sales reports and forecasts.
5. Collaboration
Work with technical teams to ensure solution delivery.
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation activities.


Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the main link between clients and Helvino Technologies.
  2. Drive revenue growth and close new business deals.
  3. Represent the company professionally in all engagements.
  4. Provide market insights to improve offerings and strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT/Tech).
Strong understanding of B2B sales.
Must be available to start immediately.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Results-driven and self-motivated.
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Compensation
Salary Range: KES 35,000 – KES 70,000 (based on experience)
