  • Develop and deliver nursing curriculum in accordance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
  • Evaluate and assess students' academic and clinical performance.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support to nursing students.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the quality of nursing education.
  • Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and education.
  • Facilitate student placements and coordinate with clinical sites.
  • Conduct research and contribute to academic publications and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
