Description
Responsible for the overall production of bakery products (breads, pastries), training and supervision of bakers and overseeing quality, providing a structured, coaching-oriented management style.
Responsibilities
Preparing pastries for hotel
Mixing and baking ingredients according to recipes
Pastry baker will prepare and bake different types of pastries
Pastry bakers will check the quality of the ingredients and make sure the equipment is working properly
Measure, mix and combine various ingredients to create dough that is then rolled, shaped and baked into the desired product.
Then they will finish the product with glaze or decorative
Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, or behind the counter
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls company rules and regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery and equipment on daily basis
Ensuring that the (HACCP) is adhered to on a daily basis by all members of staff
