REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field. Proficiency in OPERA PMS is required.
  
• Good understanding of Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation and guest profiles.
  
• Basic knowledge of Front Office cashiering, billing, payment processing and reconciliation.
  
• Excellent customer service and guest-relations skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
  
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue. Professional grooming and presentation.
  
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
  

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office/Reception role, preferably within a hotel environment.
  
• Previous experience using OPERA PMS.
  
• Experience in Front Office cashiering.
  
• Demonstrated experience in guest service, complaint handling and service recovery.
  
• Experience in upselling rooms, hotel facilities, F&B or other guest services will be an added advantage.
  
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel will be an added advantage.
  
• Experience handling corporate guests, VIPs, groups and walk-in guests will be an advantage
