Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in stores keeping or inventory management.
  
• Experience managing stock across multiple locations is highly preferred.
  
• Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP or stock management software).
  
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  
• High integrity and attention to detail.
  

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming supplies across assigned branches
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all locations
  
• Coordinate stock distribution between branches to ensure availability.
  
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering.
  
• Conduct regular and periodic stock counts across all branches
  
• Investigate and reconcile stock variances.
  
• Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for medical supplies.
  
• Work closely with procurement and finance teams.
  
• Prepare inventory reports and submit to management.
  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and internal policies.
