Job Summary

  • Must have a Relevant Degree.
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in management, in project related activity and over 5 Years’ experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Must have experience working on multiple projects with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations, preferably with AGILE or other Project Management qualification.
  • Must Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must have experience in computer use and familiar with ERP Systems.
  • Must have experience in financial analysis and budget development.
  • Must have a Financial qualification.
  • Must have knowledge and application of industry-standard project management processes and procedures.
  • Must have the ability to work within an international, diverse cultural environment and able to form excellent relationships.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, pressurized environments.
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to self-manage and use own initiative where necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a program idea and definition as a hypothesis using Company tools where available.
  • Confirm and set initial financial impact to the Business Unit.
  • Develop feasibility of business case. Determine Business unite appetite and capability to execute.
  • Define methods/ Approach and confirm transformation leads.
  • Design implementation plans with timeline, owners, and budget. Confirm plans are validated and executable. Ensure plan and budget are approved by the Business Unit.
  • Ensure resources are assigned to the project, manage oversight of project through execution. Project on project progress using metrics.
  • Establish individual files and tracking procedures for deliveries, other deliverables, invoicing, and payments.
  • Ensure projects, customers and clients receive regular and accurate updates on deliveries and details of the cause of any delays.
  • Coordinate with customers and clients to ensure satisfactory contract performance.
  • Identify and raise any risk/ issues relating to the project using the Company tools and processes, then work to develop mitigation steps for identified risk.
  • Organize the implementation of effective project administration processes and procedures on multiple projects.
  • Maintain effective communications with all project members, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain complaint records of Project management related activities for future reference or audit purposes.
  • Report instances of Project unsatisfactory performance to project members, stakeholders, or leadership in a timely manner.

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 5 years
