KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree preferred; preferred degree in management or a social science field or other relevant area.
  
• Demonstrated community and staff facilitation skills.
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  

Required Professional Experience:

• Leadership: At least 5 years’ experience in development work, out of which at least two years in leadership position at country level.
