Responsibilities

1. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration and operations.

Opening and closing of office

 Maintaining cleanliness of the Office/Buildings

 Management of Office equipment

 Handling internal/external communication.

 Managing clerical/other administrative staff like Receptionist/Cleaning staff/other Admin staffs.

 Maintenance of Company, records, renewals i.e., Licenses, Insurance, Utilities etc

 Manage cafeteria

 All Office upkeep related jobs.

 Maintenance & Repairs within respective office premises and staff residences.

 Responsible for Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation

matters within the organization.

 Be able to efficiently manage a team of drivers and vehicles and coordinate route plans.

 Timely inspection of vehicles

 Reporting and recording vehicle defects highlighted by drivers.

 Ensuring that authorized vehicles will be kept at the authorized operating centers when not in

use

 Making sure that the Transport operation meets its performance and safety targets, monitoring

it and reporting to Senior management

 Minimizing disruption and resolving any unscheduled delays, having to make decisions in

difficult situations.

 Writing weekly reports and presenting options and recommendations to senior management

 Coordinator system based assisting heads of departments like sales/technical in terms of

deliveries, tech support and transport

 Coordinate with Head Quarters and assist them in case of any requirement

 Ensuring office rules and regulations followed strictly when it comes to timing, dress code –

company policies and maintain discipline with office premises

 Ensuring all stock/property/assist/cash movement is with proper documentation and systems
