  • As a Business Development Manager: Holiday, Flights, and Events at Ticketsasa, you will hold a key position in fueling revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction across our trio of core product offerings. We are seeking a visionary individual who thrives on the magic of exploration and celebration, with a keen understanding of the power of meticulously curated holiday packages. From sourcing captivating destinations to orchestrating immersive events, you will be at the forefront of designing bespoke travel experiences that leave our customers craving more.   • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Must Have Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in sales preferably within the travel, hospitality, or events industry, with demonstrated achievements in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and fostering customer loyalty.
  • BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tours operations, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience with Sales, CRM, and reservations systems such as GDS systems and e-travelling.

Sales Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to conversion.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Tailor product recommendations and present compelling solutions that align with customers' interests, preferences, and budgetary considerations, effectively addressing objections and overcoming barriers to purchase.

Customer Relationships and Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all their travel and event needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their evolving needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and position Ticketsasa as their preferred partner for future travel and event experiences.
  • Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Sales Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives tailored to specific product categories, target markets, and customer segments.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
