Description

The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining the relationship between the client and the caregiver and, ultimately, for helping deliver the best possible home care experience for both clients and employees. This role plays an integral part by interacting with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver–client matching. The Scheduler ensures that all referrals are received accurately and in detail, and that they are handled appropriately.


Work modality: On-site


Work schedule: Full-time


Contract type: Contractor

Hours: 5:00 p.m. → 1:00 a.m.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of work experience in administrative or business environments is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, administrative tasks, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) in reading, writing, and verbal communication, as required for the position.
  • Availability to be on-call outside regular office hours.

5:00 p.m. EST → 1:00 a.m. (01:00)


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate continuously with caregivers and clients to assess service quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
  • Receive and manage referrals and concerns related to the company’s programs and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate caregivers’ daily activities.
  • Perform payroll-related tasks, including timesheet verification, updating phone records, and entering data for payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of caregivers’ employment records in the ClearCare system.
  • Ensure all personnel files are complete and current.
  • Interview, evaluate, and select candidates, ensuring a positive experience for applicants.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and employee follow-up.
  • Interact with clients and caregivers with sensitivity to their individual needs.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
