Qualifications/special skills
- Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, International Relations, Environmental Policy, or related field. is required.
- A first-level university degree in combination with an additional two (2) years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
- Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, or data science programs is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, public information, media relations, or strategic communications.
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
- The Inception report and work plan
- Comprehensive AMCEN communications and visibility strategy
- Communication packages for AMCEN meetings and special events - Multimedia products, including infographics, videos, and visual content.
- Monthly progress reports 5. Final report summarizing outputs and recommendations
