We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence for serviced apartments in Westlands.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com and Airbnb, with a proven track record of increasing bookings, improving listing performance, and driving revenue.

This role involves managing listings, optimizing pricing strategies, running digital campaigns, and ensuring high occupancy rates. You will play a key role in growing our brand visibility and maximizing returns across all online platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize OTA platforms including Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb
  • Update pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue

  • Improve listing quality (photos, descriptions, keywords) for better ranking

  • Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and messages promptly

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights

  • Manage online reputation and ensure high guest satisfaction ratings

  • Identify new opportunities to grow bookings and expand distribution channels

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience


  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or real estate

  • Proven experience managing OTAs (especially Booking.com and Airbnb)

  • Strong understanding of revenue management and pricing strategies

  • Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve performance

  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
