Responsibilities

Build a team of sales professionals, providing guidance,

support, and motivation

Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and

coaching

Identify training and development needs for team members and

implement relevant programs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key

stakeholders

Collaborate with other departments to promote

cross-functional collaboration and achieve business objectives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor

activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and

exceeding sales goals

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant

field (preferred)
