Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Company: Almonds Estate Company Ltd
Location: Nairobi, Kenya


Responsibilities
  • Market and sell land and residential property projects offered by the company.
  • Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and schedule site visits for potential buyers.
  • Present property investment opportunities to clients and close sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sale support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update client records and sales activities in the company system.


Requirements:
  • Must be 26 years and above.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Experience working in an off-plan real estate company selling houses will be an added advantage.
  • Well conversant with real estate trends and market dynamics.
  • Understanding of mortgages and how financial institutions support affordable housing in Kenya.
  • High level of personal grooming and professionalism when interacting with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
