Description
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in telecom or ISP sales (fibre optics experience is an advantage).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to engage in field sales and travel within assigned areas.
- Basic knowledge of internet services, broadband technologies, and fibre optics.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for fibre optic broadband services (residential and corporate).
- Conduct field sales activities including door-to-door marketing, site visits, and community engagement.
- Promote and explain fibre internet packages, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
