Responsibilities

- Receives customer's complaints and questions
- Give clients information about production and services
- Take client's orders, process production, material specification and give a delivery report
- Raise requests for materials needed as approved with clients from vendors
- Work with the Operations team, Design team, and installers to see completion of projects
- Keep records of customers data, interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Provide feedback and progress reports to clients on project processes
- Ensure projects are completed, schedule walk through with clients and endorse completion forms
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
