Job Summary
- To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- To assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise, leveraging the showroom display environment and to encourage customers to purchase products.
- And also effective and efficient administration of the Showroom including its facilities.
Key Tasks and Duties
Client Services:
- Understand and address customer needs through various channels.
- Recommend and assist in locating the right products.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate relevant information for inquiries and complaints.
- Perform customer verifications and process orders.
- Manage customer accounts and keep records of interactions.
Product Knowledge and Sales:
- Describe product features, benefits, and usage.
- Answer queries regarding products, warranties, and delivery options.
- Provide information on financing, pricing, and special orders.
- Maintain sales records and update pricing information.
- Arrange and display products effectively.
Social Media Management:
- Regularly update and maintain all company social media platforms.
- Utilize social media to drive sales of company products.
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments to drive sales.
- Liaise with business development team to support sales efforts.
Administration:
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
- Assign and monitor administrative tasks among office staff.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Analyze internal processes and suggest improvements.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and handle acquisitions.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist HR manager in handling staff issues at the head office.
