- B.Sc / HND in Biological Sciences
- Previous Experience 2 – 4 years post-graduation experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks promptly.
- Proficient use of clinical laboratory information systems.

Administrative Duties
- Act as the front-line customer service support for incoming calls from customers, clients, and doctors/centers for lab results.
- Coordinate courier services and Maintain professional and courteous behavior to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide other registration/clerical, and billing support as required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities with understanding and respect for the patient’s rights
- Perform other related duties as required.
