Requirements

  • Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies or related Social Sciences discipline is required. Master’s degree in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 12 years post qualification experience in office support, secretarial or administrative function in a reputable company or similar organization.
  • Relevant Professional membership e.g. Certified Board of Administrators of Nigeria (CBAN), International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM) is an added advantage.
  • Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support and assistance to the MD on a variety of strategic non-core business matters.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the business, the priorities of the company and the priorities of the MD, as well as company policies, procedures, and methods of operation to conduct its duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up and monitor progress on discussions, decisions and/or special assignments to ensure timely response from the MD to the respective person(s) and stakeholders.
