    • Create targeted sourcing strategies for executive positions to source and attract hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels,
    • Manage the end-to-end candidate’s recruitment to ensure that the best talents get the job, including planning the process with Hiring Managers, job posting, candidate research, interviews, assessments, and reference checks,
    • Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience,
    • Help building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by exploiting all available levers for both inbound and outbound channels,
    • Effectively promote Superside brand to candidates by providing compelling information about the company’s strategy, capabilities and value proposition,
    • Work daily with teammates and hiring managers located globally,
    • Participate in daily and weekly meetings with the Talent team and senior internal stakeholders to discuss recruiting updates, share learnings and brainstorm on process improvements.
