• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Basic knowledge of debt collection processes & customer service principles.
  
• High attention to detail & accuracy in record-keeping.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage.
