Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our client service efforts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client service management, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to drive excellence in client interactions.

Key Duties

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Understand clients' business needs and ensure our services align with their objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute retention initiatives to ensure long-term partnerships.
