Description
Requirements
- Full-time availability during training and fieldwork period
- Ability to oversee one to two target research areas in Kampala
- Strong organisational and logistical skills to manage small teams
- Experience in community engagement or mobilisation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic quantitative data skills, numeracy, and familiarity with data quality processes
- Previous experience supervising research teams (an added advantage)
- Experience working with refugees and/or vulnerable populations preferred.
- Candidates with displacement experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support assigned enumerators during daily field operations
- Coordinate fieldwork planning and logistical arrangements in assigned research areas
- Monitor data quality and provide feedback to enumerators to ensure compliance with study protocols
- Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues to project coordination staff as needed
- Lead daily team briefings and debriefings, and support timely reporting of field progress
- Serve as the primary link between field teams and project management.
