Description
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile are required.
- Minimum of 10–12 years progressive experience in Information Technology or ERP systems.
- Strong experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
- Experience managing application support teams and third-party vendors.
- Exposed to Microsoft Fabric or modern analytics architectures is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Group Business Applications portfolio, including ERP (D365 F&O) and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and governance for application development, implementation, and support services.
- Manage and supervise technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the evolution of the organization’s applications architecture and ensure standardization, scalability, and integration across platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to maximize value from enterprise applications.
- Govern application enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage vendors and technology partners to ensure quality delivery and value realization.
- Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation and process improvement.
