Description
You have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of customer business models and industry trends
- Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities
- Experience in preparing investment proposals and developing business models
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executive leadership
It would be nice if you also had:
- Technical expertise in telecommunications solutions or related areas
- Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities across emerging markets, technologies, and customer segments.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to leverage market trends, ensuring strong positioning of Nokia's solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their business drivers and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare investment proposals and contribute to innovative business models that drive sales impact.
- Lead local program execution, serving as the key interface for major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives for customer diversification, actively sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.
- Design and implement tools and processes to support sales efforts and enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving strategic alignment.
