Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Reservation Specialist to manage hotel bookings and support the company's travel operations. In this role, you will handle hotel reservations, maintain accurate booking records, coordinate with hotel partners, and ensure smooth travel arrangements for the company.



  • Manage the full hotel reservation process, including inquiries, bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure timely updates.
  • Monitor hotel room availability and pricing.
  • Coordinate with hotel partners to resolve room allocation, overbooking, and other reservation-related issues.
  • Work closely with the company's travel and administration departments to support hotel arrangements for both individual and group travel.

    Requirements

  • Proficient in using major hotel reservation systems, OTA platforms (such as Booking.com and Expedia), or B2B booking channels.
  • Familiar with hotel reservation workflows and booking procedures.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and cost-control skills.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Capable of handling unexpected booking modifications and cancellations.
  • Willing to follow company work assignments.
