Educational Qualifications & Skills
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commercial, Business Administration, or related field.  A master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to nurture partnerships and relationships.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing market conditions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of micro and macroeconomic indices and their impact on the business.

Job Summary

  • Ensure the profitability and long-term sustainability of the business by managing all commercial aspects of the company’s operations.
  • Responsible for navigating complex commercial arrangements, managing risks, and optimizing revenue opportunities to support organizational growth and profitability

Main Duties

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability and drive revenue generation initiatives e.g. eligible customer initiatives
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the NESI.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts e.g. GSAA, PPA, etc. with gas suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position the company and represent her in industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights for pricing and revenue optimization.
  • Leads the commercial team and guides to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support project development and execution.

  • Monitors and manages commercial risks and ensures compliance with regulations and corporate governance requirements.
