Description

Responsible for the overall production of bakery products (breads, pastries), training and supervision of bakers and overseeing quality, providing a structured, coaching-oriented management style.


Responsibilities
  • Preparing pastries for hotel

  • Mixing and baking ingredients according to recipes

  • Pastry baker will prepare and bake different types of pastries

  • Pastry bakers will check the quality of the ingredients and make sure the equipment is working properly

  • Measure, mix and combine various ingredients to create dough that is then rolled, shaped and baked into the desired product.

  • Then they will finish the product with glaze or decorative

  • Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

  • Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, or behind the counter

  • Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls company rules and regulations

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bakery and equipment on daily basis

  • Ensuring that the (HACCP) is adhered to on a daily basis by all members of staff

  • Adherence to Company

  • Policies on Personal Grooming
