Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Company: Almonds Estate Company Ltd
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Responsibilities
- Market and sell land and residential property projects offered by the company.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct client follow-ups and schedule site visits for potential buyers.
- Present property investment opportunities to clients and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sale support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update client records and sales activities in the company system.
Requirements:
- Must be 26 years and above.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Experience working in an off-plan real estate company selling houses will be an added advantage.
- Well conversant with real estate trends and market dynamics.
- Understanding of mortgages and how financial institutions support affordable housing in Kenya.
- High level of personal grooming and professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
