This role reports to the Sales Manager and CEO.

Desired skills and experience

  • You must have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar program (no exceptions)
  • We welcome both recent and experienced graduates to this role

Responsibilities
  • Evangelize our new software product(s) to customers, and you will let us know what we can do to make them even more satisfied
  • Collaborate with the product leader and sales team to identify customer needs and develop suitable product or service solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to prospects and clients
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
  • Work closely with the engineering team and product leader to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Support the product team with technical insights, competitive analysis, and feedback from clients.
  • Be up to speed with our technology as well as what is happening regionally and globally to help us be the best
  • Support the engineering team as needed to get our customers up and running, and to get problems solved
