Qualifications

  • A degree in any Business-related field
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to manage emotional responses and remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult content


Responsibilities
  • Manage Mobility inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different customer topics
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Educate customers on products by explaining procedures, answering questions, and sharing relevant information.
  • Approve new customer sales after verifying details and ensuring product understanding
  • Create customer leads in the company%u2019s internal system.
  • Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., TV upgrades) and present them to eligible customers.
  • Support field sales agents by handling customer-related calls.
  • Record call details accurately and update customer records in the internal system.
  • Track and report recurring customer issues or trends to management.
  • Capture call dispositions for every call received.
