We are currently looking for a Network and security engineer who is responsible for onsite implementation and support of Cisco technologies i.e. Security devices
including Cisco Firepower Threat Defense, Cisco ISE, Checkpoint Next Generation Firewalls,
Fortinet Firewall, F5 LTM, Web Application Firewalls, third party tools, Wireless, Routing & Switching,
Data Centre etc.Qualifications & Other requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in CIS, BBIT, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any other related field
- CISCO/Check Point/ Fortinet/Palo Alto/Avaya/ Solarwinds/ITIL Certifications
Very strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking skills
Routing OSPF, ISIS, BGP, EIGRP
Redundancy protocols, e.g. VSS, HSRP, VRRP etc
Troubleshooting skills
QoS
Collaboration knowledge and certification

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the team leads in implementation and documentation of Security projects:
- Support and configuration of routers and switches for LAN & WAN
- Support and configuration of Data Centre switches (Nexus)
- Installation of unified access systems (ISE & ACS)
- Installation of firewalls (Check point, Fortinet & ASA)
- Implement projects based on validated design and best practices
- Responds to Network security incidents, including investigation of, countermeasures to and recovery from computer-based attacks, unauthorized access, and policy breaches; interacts and coordinates with third-party incident responders, including law enforcement.
- Responsible for maintaining the overall effective operation of the client telecommunications and data network systems including design, development, and maintenance.
- Maintaining close contact with the presales team when implementing solutions at client’s premises/sites
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, Clients support in networking projects e.g. troubleshooting, PMs and Health Checks
- Site surveys before project kick offs
- Network audits as per customer requirements
- Ensure assigned calls are closed within SLA timelines
