Description
Firm-Level Requirements
• Duly registered tax consultancy firm in Kenya with valid practicing credentials.
• Current and valid registration as a KRA Tax Agent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in tax advisory services, with a focus on NGOs,
charities, and non-profit organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully supporting organizations in obtaining or
renewing tax exemption status.
• Experience engaging directly with KRA and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
Key Personnel Requirements
• Lead Consultant: Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or equivalent qualification, with not
less than five years’ relevant experience in NGO tax compliance.
• Supporting Staff: Relevant professional qualifications and demonstrated experience in tax
