Must be a Kenyan citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Must Possess Membership with LSK and hold a
Bar License.- At least 15+ years of experience in Legal field either with a Major Corporate as In – House Legal Head in a manufacturing industry or a Big Legal Firm.
- Should have exposure for Litigation Matters, Handling Court including Labour cases
- Should have good network and understanding of Labour offices/ Courts/ County offices/ Regulatory Bodies

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle Litigation Matters and review the progress of those Outstanding.
Liaise with External lawyers and Advise Management regarding the legal proceedings
Handle all the Matters relating to Civil, Commercial, Criminal Litigation, Industrial
Relations, Unions and Employment Laws, Environment and Land Laws, Corporate
Laws.
