The position of the general/HR manager exists to be the link between the three institutions and the directors. The role is broad in nature and requires performance of many functions at a supervisory level. The incumbent will be in charge of three institutions namely:
- St. Philip Neri School Joska
St. Philip Neri Clinic Joska
St. Kizito training Centre Utawala
Responsibilities
The position of the general/HR manager exists to be the link between the three institutions and the directors. The role is broad in nature and requires performance of many functions at a supervisory level. The incumbent will be in charge of three institutions namely:
- St. Philip Neri School Joska
St. Philip Neri Clinic Joska
St. Kizito training Centre Utawala
The general/HR manager will perform the following but not limited to broad roles which will be broken to specific tasks.
- Performance management
Recruitment, staffing and onboarding.
Training and development
Payroll, compensation and benefits management
Human resource planning
Employee relations
Labour relations:
Culture and talents management.
Project management.
Procurement
Operations
Assets and inventory management
Security management.
Financial management
Strategic leadership
He/she will perform such other duties as may be assigned by the directors from time to time.
