About the role
He/She will work in coordination with every department to ensure availability of the right manpower, train for the job role at all times, manage and tracking performance, providing opportunities for skill up-gradation in a conducive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures positions are closed as per agreed SLA`s
Ensure all new employees get a proper induction as per the Induction policy
Ensure that employees get paid on time with zero errors
Device, monitor & evaluate employee recognition policies & practices
Ensure goal sheets for all employees under GBPM`s are updated & uploaded on company drive.
Monitor Internal tracker on GPMS, to ensure monthly mentoring conversations are done, recorded, and tracked for all employees under GPMS
Ensure all roles in the company have JD`s & goals
Ensure all staff get required training to do their job and progress in career
Ensure all the HR processes are conducted and delivered as per procedure within the timeline- hiring, appraisals, exit, payroll, etc
Ensure all Health and Safety guidelines are followed and rules adhered to
Manage the employee grievances by channeling them to the authorities and following up until resolution
Manage the employees with poor performance, discipline issues, by constant counseling and ensure they get proper guidance and training
Ensure all employee records are updated at all times, devise and maintain employee database and Role Master
Provide training, mentoring, and supervision of HR Clerk to ensure high performance, skill up-gradation, and leadership development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field
5+ years experience in a human resources supervisory position
Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
Comprehensive understanding of local employment laws
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of HRMIS
Functional Skills:
Productivity analysis for employees
Manpower planning and budgeting as per business needs
Attrition analysis
Creating surveys & analyzing results
Creating workflow processes
Understanding of WIBA and Health Insurance policies
Ability to manage disciplinary cases as per law
Generic Skills:

Proficient with MS Office- Word and excel tools
Proficient with any Payroll software
