This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Specific duties and responsibilities will entail:
- Authorizing leave;
- Authorizing payroll data amendments;
- Attending to general correspondence;
- Verifying information relating to recruitment, appointment, transfers, salary payment;
- Issuing letters of appointment and confirmation;
- Issuing retirement notices;
- Processing of separation documents/benefits;
