Undertakes resourcing of the G4S Kenya business in line with Human Resources forecasting and planning in order to ensure that there is optimal establishment for the efficient running of the business by developing a resourcing strategy aligned to the current and future needs of G4S Kenya and in line with the Group Resourcing Policy and Minimum Standards. Manages the end to end resourcing process, develops and monitors a resourcing strategy that attracts the best fit candidates for the organization within a competitive labour market whilst embracing modern resourcing processes, tools and techniques.



Responsibilities

Undertakes resourcing of the G4S Kenya business in line with Human Resources forecasting and planning in order to ensure that there is optimal establishment for the efficient running of the business by developing a resourcing strategy aligned to the current and future needs of G4S Kenya and in line with the Group Resourcing Policy and Minimum Standards. Manages the end to end resourcing process, develops and monitors a resourcing strategy that attracts the best fit candidates for the organization within a competitive labour market whilst embracing modern resourcing processes, tools and techniques.



  1. Conduct resourcing across the G4S Kenya business
  2. Develop and align job competency framework with recruitment and selection processes, performance management and development strategies
  3. Participation in the formulation and development of talent management and succession planning
  4. Build and implement a sustainable Employee Value Proposition
  5. Oversee vetting processes in order to ensure minimum or no derogations
  6. Reporting:
  • Vacancy List both direct and indirect employees that contains active vacancies, resourcing  status, filled vacancies, declined vacancies, cancelled vacancies

  • Ensuring vetting reports have been completed in line with Group and G4S Kenya policies

  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on resourcing 

  • Participation in business plans and budget formulation and implementation on resourcing
