Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Warehouse Docs Specialist. The Warehouse Docs Specialist will be responsible for supporting the warehouse team by ensuring accurate documentation maintenance. This position will be responsible for reviewing, confirming, and following up documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics and/or warehousing documentation management
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), GSuite, or similar software
  • Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management software is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
