We are searching for creative Human resource manager tasked with hiring, training, and evaluating team members; develop, review, and improve methods, systems, procedures and generally ensure the shoe quality is up to standard.


Requirements

• Should have at least a two (2) year experience in factory related human resource activities.

• Should be well vast with computing skills not only limited to normal computer operations.

• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management from a recognized institution. Ability to plan and fast track activities in the schedules given.

• Willingness to build on expertise for all factory staff


Responsibilities

Human Resource Manager roles;

• Should be able to manage people and resources within an organization.

• Should be well equipped with developing and implementing employee policies and practices.

• Should be able to provide leadership and guidance to employees regarding their roles and responsibilities.

• Should be able to monitor the work environment and report effectively to the immediate supervisor. Should be equipped with conflict resolution techniques for issues that may arise between supervisors, employees and managers.

• Should be equipped with proper record and book keeping techniques.

• Should be able to generate employee trainee programs and manage them both effectively and effectively so as to ensure that policies, procedures, and guidelines related to human resource management are well- defined and understood by all employees.
