Description

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE/A-Level Certificate).
  • Age: 20 Years and above
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Responsibilities
  • Market and promote the company’s loan products and services to prospective clients.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard eligible borrowers.
  • Assess loan applications and collect the required documentation.
  • Conduct client appraisals and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
  • Manage delinquent accounts and implement effective debt collection strategies.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and lending guidelines.
