Description
The Collections Officer will follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate repayment plans, maintain collection records, flag high-risk accounts with loan officers, and prepare recovery reports.
Requirement
Diploma in Credit Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in debt recovery, collections, or credit control (minimum 1 year).
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
