Overview

As a Lean Six
Sigma Consultant within TP Digital you will play a pivotal role in driving
digital transformation across our UKISSA business and have the opportunity to
engage with our global organization. This position involves leading and
supporting clients and internal teams to enhance and optimize business
processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong focus on digital
innovation and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with
the Analytics and Technology Product teams to identify and implement
cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and
business performance.

As a strategic
thinker, you will design best practice digital service solutions, encompassing
operating models, processes, automation, data analytics, and technology. You
will articulate the value of these solutions to internal stakeholders and
clients, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation: Leverage your
    experience in process improvement to identify opportunities for automation, AI,
    and analytics-driven solutions.

  • Presentation Skills: Confidently present
    findings and recommendations to senior audiences, utilizing MS PowerPoint for
    impactful delivery.

  • Communication: Exhibit excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage
    stakeholders effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Employ strong
    diagnostic and analytical skills to solve complex problems and develop
    pragmatic, tech-enabled solutions.

  • Business Case Development: Quantify,
    analyse, and develop business cases to support digital transformation
    initiatives.

  • Data Proficiency: Utilize Excel and other
    analytical tools for data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance
    trending.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and
    implement process automation and digital tools to enhance operational
    efficiency.

  • Strategic Awareness: Demonstrate a solid
    understanding of digital strategy, emerging technologies, and fact-based
    problem-solving capabilities.

  • Project Management: Exhibit strong
    project management skills, working collaboratively to deliver digital
    initiatives under tight deadlines.

  • Initiative: Work independently and take
    initiative to drive projects forward.

  • Leadership: Provide guidance to team
    members and promote a digital-first mindset.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the organization’s LSS
    Black Belt and the wider Digital and Analytics teams.

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to both
    internal and client-facing digital projects.

  • Engage with stakeholders, data analysts,
    and product teams to understand current digital challenges and opportunities.

  • Quantify and prioritize digital
    transformation initiatives to maximize impact.

  • Map existing digital and process workflows
    and identify areas for process automation and AI integration.

  • Identify and evaluate emerging
    technologies that support critical analysis and automation in digital
    operations.

  • Analyse data and develop digital
    performance metrics to measure the impact of automation and AI-driven changes.

  • Develop actionable digital roadmaps and
    track progress to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

  • Create and execute digital process
    improvement procedures to drive operational efficiencies.

  • Prepare communication plans for various
    stakeholders and deliver presentations as needed.

  • Flexibility to work UK and US hours as
    required to accommodate different time zones and project demands.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
    Certified (Essential). Black Belt Training is advantageous.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an LSS
    role or continuous improvement function, with experience in digital
    transformation.

  • Digital Awareness: Strong understanding
    of automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools that drive transformation for
    clients.

  • Project Management: Proven project
    management experience with the ability to manage multiple digital projects
    simultaneously.
