Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Oil & Gas or related Energy sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and technical aspects of energy products and services.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing bids/tenders, sales pipelines, and business development processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho CRM ) and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead and oversee the commercial bids and tendering process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, competitiveness, and timely submission of proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and overall business objectives.
- Lead and oversee contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue generation through innovative and effective sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present timely sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide oversight in planning, preparation, and execution of sales operations and related activities.
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performance sales team through effective coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning.
- Demonstrate accountability for team performance against agreed targets.
