EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in product management, 5 years overall experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or enterprise IT environments.
Experience delivering document management and paperless solutions in regulated environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) methodologies.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
Product Management:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for document management and paperless process products, including requirements definition, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Drive adoption and integration of digital signature, workflow automation, and document capture technologies (Example: Docusign, Newgen OmniDocs, Omiscan).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions across business units.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards for document management and digital processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable product features.
Communicate product vision, updates, and releases to internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to deliver integrations and feature enhancements.
Documentation & Reporting:
Document product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all features and enhancements.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, product performance, and user feedback for management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization within document management and paperless processes.
