We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and the alignment of HR strategies with the college’s goals.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and the alignment of HR strategies with the college’s goals.

  • ecruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate training programs for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
    • Conduct performance reviews and recommend development plans.
  • Compliance and Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Conduct salary surveys and recommend competitive compensation structures.
  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
