Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in field sales, trade marketing, or FMCG execution.
  • Experience in the listed product categories is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising and trade promotion execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret market data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.


Responsibilities
  • Execute sales plans to achieve volume growth and increase market share.
  • Ensure products are available, well- stocked, and correctly displayed in all retail outlets.
  • Drive secondary sales plans through teams to enhance product movement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Implement promotional, sampling, and marketing campaign activities on-ground.
  • Collect and share market and customer feedback.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on distribution, sales execution, and market insights.
