Description
White Labelled Employer is a multi-sector recruiter connecting talented professionals with leading corporate entities across East Africa and beyond. We're recruiting 2 Sales Executives to drive profitable sales growth in the ingredients and industrial supplies sector, based in Kenya.
In this role, you'll navigate the technical complexities of the ingredients industry, manage a disciplined CRM pipeline, and win new business through strong relationship building and persistent follow-through. You'll report to the Senior Sales Account Manager (Team Lead) and work across lead generation, account development, and repeat order execution.
While based in Kenya, you may travel across the East Africa region (Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, and South Africa) when sales opportunities justify it. Success in this role means bringing in new business, meeting revenue targets, and building a sustainable pipeline across priority accounts in your assigned territories.
Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the ingredients, chemicals, and industrial products sectors, primarily across Kenya with regional expansion potential
• Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and priority accounts
• Manage the full sales pipeline—from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and repeat orders
• Demonstrate discipline in CRM usage (Salesforce) and commercial reporting
• Execute field sales activities, maintaining regular contact and account development
• Plan and execute regional travel across East Africa (Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, and South Africa) when sales opportunities justify it
• Meet personal sales revenue targets and contribute to team growth objectives
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting to the Senior Sales Account Manager
